Team

	David Rivel – Co-founder and CEO. David has experience in management, strategy, finance, and operations. He was a consultant at BCG in London, managed teams and company finances at HRG Belgium, and trained in the financial management program of GE Capital. He holds a BA from the University of London and an MBA from Insead.
	Louis-Marie Danet – Product & Marketing. Louis-Marie is passionate about new technologies and product conception. At Capgemini Consulting he notably worked on complex web and IT projects from design to implementation across various sectors. Beforehand he worked as an advisor to the European commission with ADE. Louis-Marie holds a Master from Ecole Normale Superieure and a Master from Sciences-Po Paris.
	Nassim Ghandour – IT/platform development. A serial entrepreneur, Nassim has served as founder and head of engineering at MailEmotion.tv, a video-by-email service, and at Wevod.tv, a video publishing platform. Nassim holds an MA in computer science and engineering from Epitech.
	Martin Bouladour – Web development. Martin specializes in usability and API integration for consumer-facing web sites. He developed Néolipop, a content management system for web sites, and most recently worked on the developer API network for Exalead, a software publisher. He holds a master in computer science from the University of Nantes.

Other team members include five sector experts who curate PathMotion’s career taxonomy and beloved interns from Berkeley, Cambridge, Harvard, Oxford, Wharton, and Yale.

Advisors

Philippe Giry-Deloison – Investor relations and advisor. Philippe brings high-level management, finance, and strategy to the team. Philippe is currently CEO of Sterichem and a former COO of 1eEurope, which specializes in the optimization of efficiency, costs and earnings for European e-commerce players. Philippe has also served as VP of EDS and as a partner at both Accenture and McKinsey & Co. He holds a master in economics from the University of Paris and an MBA from Insead.
Alon Laniado – Product advisor. Alon contributes to product development by leveraging his extensive knowledge of career and choice literature, experience in coaching people, and expertise in data management. He is currently a policy advisor for the UK government. Formerly a consultant with Bain & Co, he holds an MA in politics from Columbia University and an M.Sc in economics from LSE
David Berrebi – IT and SEO/SEM advisor. David is a serial entrepreneur who specializes in bringing innovative technical products to market. He has launched two web ventures, Pooxi (a B2B video hosting service) and Selectbourse (an online investment service), both of which exited successfully. David holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a master in computer science from Cambridge University.
Ilona Boniwell – Positive psychology content. Ilona is a recognized European expert in the field of positive psychology and satisfaction with time use. She is a senior lecturer at the University of East London and introduced positive psychology to the British public on the BBC series The Happiness Formula. She holds a Ph.D in psychology from the Open University.
Patrick Gibbons – Test designer. Patrick is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with considerable experience in development of psychometric tests, especially on career management. He contributes as a reviewer to the British Psychological Society’s Review of Tests and holds an M.Sc in Occupational Psychology.
